Our client, is a Cloud-based Contact Center provider who is expanding and looking to hire a Business Development Representative; Lead developer immediately!
In this role you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, as well as initiate outbound cold calling and email campaigns. You will introduce and generate interest for their solutions within a defined vertical selling to telecommunication Solution Providers. You will manage your activities using salesforce.com. You will validate client interest and need and once qualified against a set of criteria you will set appointments for the Regional Sales Manager to step in and work to conclusion.
We are looking for someone who is High Energy, passionate about their career, looking to make an impact! You will have an uncapped compensation plan with base, commissions and stock.
3-5 years Cold Calling/lead generation/business development or inside sales success
Experience promoting contact center solutions; IVR, ACD, BI, call management, BI a must have
Telecommunication Industry knowledge a must have
Experience with SaaS, Cloud based solutions preferred
Self-motivated, highly energy, success driven, with the ability to take initiative and manage time wisely with minimal supervision
Metrics and accountability based managing your business in Salesforce.com
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
Computer literate; Microsoft suite including Word and Outlook
Bachelor Degree, with strong GPA

Location: Virtual, work from home
Compensation: Base $50K + Commissions. OTE: $80K + stock, uncapped
