We are a Cloud-based Contact Center provider that is expanding and looking to hire District Sales Manager(s) in anticipation of 2017 growth projections. The District Sales Manager(s) will be located across the US and responsible for expanding the existing channel partner network.
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for seeking and maintaining relationships with channel partners and identifying sales opportunities and building market share within their territories. This position is required to increase revenue streams in the telecommunication Service Provider market.
As a Channel Sales Manager; a typical day might include the following:
Meets and Exceeds assigned sales quota.
Recruit, Build and Maintain relationships with potential and current channel partners. Building mindshare.
Assist, train and support sales partners in sales efforts by participating in sales calls and closing efforts.
Develop sales pipeline 3X quota and manage in SFDC.
Accountability based; manage metrics and measures and maintain SFDC and weekly sales forecast review calls, quarterly business reviews and annual planning
Interacts with all levels of organization. Makes presentations as necessary to same.
Travel as needed to maximize growth and revenues while adhering to all corporate travel policies and requirements.
Build trust and rapport with current and potential customers, channel partners and Service Provider community.
Maintain appropriate home office
Travel as required >50%
5-7 Years Software Sales Experience
2-3 years selling SaaS solutions; understand the model and value proposition
Track record of excellence and quota attainment, Top Performer, verifiable record
5+ years in the Telecommunications Industry
5+ years “Applications” Sales Experience in the Contact Center, Call Center, Unified Communications, ACD, IVR, Workflow, Collaboration, Workforce Management, Business Intelligence or similar strongly preferred
Experience developing Channel Partner relationships in the tier 2 telecommunications Service Providers network
Bachelor Degree in Business or telecommunications
Computer literate; Microsoft suite including Word, Outlook, LinkedIn, and SFDC, WebEx (or similar)
Bachelor Degree, with strong GPA

Compensation: Base $85k-$90K, OTE: $180k, uncapped + stock
